The Trust Leadership Team is collectively responsible for driving and overseeing the charity’s organisational strategic priorities and ambitions for the children, young people, adults and families we support. They are, now and into the future, at the heart of our decision-making.


We are now ready to add to our outstanding Leadership Team, through recruitment of a People and Culture Director and a Commercial Director, to ensure we deliver on the plans made as part of our Stronger Together Strategic Plan.

People and Culture Director

This role will lead the charity’s people strategy, drive collaborative and dynamic culture at all levels and ensure we meet our commitments on human resources initiatives. They will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and inclusive working environment, attracting and retaining top talent, and ensuring the charity’s workforce holds at its heart the people we support.

Commercial Director

This role will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, strategic financial planning and ensuring strong fiscal management. It will be particularly focused on the charity’s commercial strategies, partnerships, and revenue generation initiatives. The Commercial Director will collaborate closely with the CEO and other members of the TLT to ensure that the charity’s sustainability and growth through innovative commercial ventures align with the charity’s mission and values. This role will act as the deputy for the CEO as required.
